CHAMPAGNE TOURS
1 – PRICING
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
Prices may be modified without prior notice.
Entrance fees to monuments, meals, and tastings are included only when explicitly mentioned.
2 – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
The service is confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the total amount due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For certain private or tailor-made services, payments may be made by bank transfer.
All payments (card or bank transfer) must include any applicable bank fees, which are the responsibility of the client.
If a deposit is required, the balance must be paid at least 60 days before the service date.
For bookings made less than 60 days before the service, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Client cancellation
Cancellation at least 7 days before departure: full refund.
In case of adverse weather conditions, costs remain the responsibility of the client and no refund will be issued.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation by Champélite
In the event of:
• Extreme weather conditions,
• Vehicle mechanical failure,
• Chauffeur unavailability due to illness,
A full refund will be guaranteed.
Private tours with transport
• Up to 7 days before departure: 100% refund* and the possibility to reschedule subject to availability.
• Less than 7 days before departure: non-refundable.
• A minimum of 2 participants is required for private tours.
* A €20 per person administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
3 – SERVICE DELIVERY
• Tours are operated in air-conditioned minibuses (6 passengers + driver).
• Smoking and food consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Departures are guaranteed from a minimum of 2 participants.
• Champélite reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time, providing equivalent services.
• In case of cancellation due to weather or technical issues, only the unused portion of the service will be refunded.
Liability limitations
Champélite cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic or circumstances beyond its control,
- Accidents occurring during boarding or disembarking,
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings in:
• visited sites,
• transportation,
• accommodation,
• restaurants.
4 – DISPUTES
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the company’s registered office.
The governing language for legal proceedings is French.
5 – PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is used for:
- service management and follow-up,
- booking and payment processing,
- service evaluation,
- handling information requests.
For any marketing communication, client consent is required in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Client rights
Clients have the right to access, modify, and object to the processing of their personal data.

6 – EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER
An emergency contact number is provided to all clients to report any issue that may affect the itinerary (delay, change in participant numbers, etc.).
Failure to provide such information may result in additional charges.

Drivers/guides are not authorized to make decisions regarding the itinerary.
7 – LIABILITY
Champélite cannot be held responsible for loss, forgetfulness, theft, or damage to personal belongings, whether:
- at visited sites,
- during transport and travel,
- in accommodation,
- in restaurants.
Passenger transport
1. Legal Information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the passenger transport services provided by:

(hereinafter referred to as “the Carrier”)
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which CHAMPELITE SARL provides private passenger transport services within the Champagne region, transfers to and from airports throughout France and neighbouring countries, and any other services agreed upon between the Carrier and the Customer.
3. Bookings
3.1 Booking Procedure
Bookings must be made exclusively via the contact form available on the Carrier’s website (www.champelitetours.com). Customers must provide all information necessary to process the booking, including: Full name, Contact details, Date and time of the service, Pick-up and drop-off locations, Number of passengers, Number of luggage items, Flight information where applicable.
3.2 Booking Deadline
A minimum booking period of 8 days before the scheduled service is recommended. Requests made after this period may be declined depending on availability.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes final only after: confirmation by the Carrier; receipt of full payment; confirmation email sent to the Customer.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment upon Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking. No deposit payments are accepted.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (bank details provided upon confirmation)
- Secure online payment link (credit/debit card)
- Card payment via payment terminal for regional private transfers
- Cash payments accepted
- Bank cheques are not accepted
4.3 Validation
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
4.4 Payment Deadline
For payments made by bank transfer, Customers have 48 hours to complete payment. After this period, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
4.5 Failure to Pay
No service will be provided without full payment received in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 30 days before the service: 100% refund
- Between 30 and 10 days before the service: 50% refund
- Less than 10 days before the service: 25% refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
5.2 Cancellation by the Carrier
In the event of force majeure or any circumstance preventing the service from being carried out, the Customer will receive a full refund. No additional compensation shall be payable.
6. Luggage and Pets
Vehicle Capacity
Luggage transport is limited to the capacity of the vehicle assigned to the service. Customers must specify both the number and size of their luggage when booking.
The Carrier reserves the right to refuse any undeclared excess luggage.
Pets
Pets are accepted only upon prior request and subject to the Carrier’s approval. Pets must travel in an appropriate carrier or transport bag.
Certified assistance dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities are accepted without restriction.
7. Delays and No-Shows
If the Customer fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed pick-up time, the service will be considered completed and charged in full.
If the Customer fails to appear without prior notice, the service will be considered due and no refund shall be granted.
8. Liability
The Carrier undertakes to provide the agreed service with professionalism and punctuality.
The Carrier cannot be held liable for delays caused by: exceptional traffic conditions; road accidents; adverse weather conditions; demonstrations or public events; administrative decisions; force majeure; inaccurate information supplied by the Customer; failure by the Customer to comply with safety instructions.
The Carrier accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged inside the vehicle.
Customers remain solely responsible for their personal belongings.
9. Personal Data Protection
The personal information collected during booking is necessary for managing the requested service.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting: champelitetours@gmail.com
Personal data will never be sold or transferred to third parties.
10. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to: champelitetours@gmail.com within 7 days following the service.
Compensation
Compensation may only be considered where the delay or damage is directly attributable to the Carrier and has been duly substantiated.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of CHAMPELITE SARL.
