Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).Prices may be modified without prior notice.Entrance fees to monuments, meals, and tastings are included only when explicitly mentioned.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2 \u2013 BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The service is confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the total amount due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.For certain private or tailor-made services, payments may be made by bank transfer.All payments (card or bank transfer) must include any applicable bank fees, which are the responsibility of the client.If a deposit is required, the balance must be paid at least 60 days before the service date.For bookings made less than 60 days before the service, full payment may be required at the time of booking.<\/p>

Client cancellation<\/strong>Cancellation at least 7 days before departure: full refund.In case of adverse weather conditions, costs remain the responsibility of the client and no refund will be issued.All cancellations must be made in writing.<\/p>

Cancellation by Champ\u00e9lite<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of:\u2022 Extreme weather conditions,\u2022 Vehicle mechanical failure,\u2022 Chauffeur unavailability due to illness,<\/p>

A full refund will be guaranteed.<\/p>

<\/p>

Private tours with transport<\/strong>\u2022 Up to 7 days before departure: 100% refund* and the possibility to reschedule subject to availability.<\/p>

\u2022 Less than 7 days before departure: non-refundable.<\/p>

\u2022 A minimum of 2 participants is required for private tours.
* A \u20ac20 per person administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3 \u2013 SERVICE DELIVERY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Tours are operated in air-conditioned minibuses (6 passengers + driver).
\u2022 Smoking and food consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
\u2022 Departures are guaranteed from a minimum of 2 participants.
\u2022 Champ\u00e9lite reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time, providing equivalent services.
\u2022 In case of cancellation due to weather or technical issues, only the unused portion of the service will be refunded.<\/p>
